In certain circumstances, as a security measure, if you are paying by PayPal, we may need to ask you to send us a confirmation email from the email address that is registered to your PayPal account (this is usually the email address that you enter in order to log into your PayPal account).

In the email we ask you to send us, we need you to confirm that you have placed and authorise both the order and payment transaction yourself, and also need you to confirm the address that you want your order to be dispatched to.

RETURNS & CONDITIONS

Returns Terms & Conditions

Customers have the right to return their order within 28 days of purchase. Where the customer exercises their right to cancel an order after processing, only the product costs will be refunded upon receipt of returned goods as Hillarys does not refund postal charges.
All returned products will be refunded or exchanged provided they have not been used or damaged. Postage costs will only be refunded if goods received were incorrect, faulty or damaged upon receipt. Photographic evidence may be required to support a claim.
Returned items should be sent by same courier, Hillarys does not cover return postage costs for Special Delivery or any courier service.
Any returned items must be received within 28 days of purchase to qualify for a refund or replacement. Any faulty goods returned after this time may only receive a part refund dependant on the amount of product used. Any goods returned more than 2 months after purchase, whether faulty or not, will not be refunded or replaced and the returned goods will be disposed of.
Any items damaged during return due to insufficient packaging may only receive a part refund at Hillarys discretion.
In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Hillarys will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage. If the customer requires a fast replacement,Hillarys will recharge the customer, send the correct item and on receipt of the returned incorrect item, refund the customer for the cost of their 2nd order and for their return postage.
Orders returned Not Called For by our courier will be refunded the cost of products only. Customers will be notified and the order will be cancelled. If they still require the item the customer will need to reorder.

Delivery for retail buyers:

1st item costs 1,95 EUR

every additional item costs 1,00 EUR

Delivery for bulk quantities within Europe / International:

All orders are shipped via International Currier - the cost is aprox 32EUR for packages untill 20kg, within Europe, and up to 45EUR for rest of the World.

From dispatch, please allow at least 7 - 10 working days for delivery

This service is only available if your order at wholesale conditions.

Tracked Service

You must be available to sign for your parcel or if you are not in to receive your order a card will be left for you to collect your parcel at your local sorting office.

Please note orders over 20KG may be contacted for additional postage charges
